Basker Socks
We want you to be completely happy with your Basker socks. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You can return your order by following the steps outlined below.
You have a 14-day return period starting from the day you receive your socks. If you’d like to return an item, please notify us within 14 days of delivery via email. Once you’ve informed us, you have an additional 14 days to return the item to us. As a small business, we kindly ask that you return the items as soon as possible.
Please note, due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on socks that have been worn or removed from their original packaging.
All returned items must be in perfect, unused, and sellable condition, with all tags attached. We reserve the right to assess the condition of the returned items before processing a refund.
Please contact us via our website’s Contact page, or reach out to our team at hello@basker.uk with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item.
We strongly recommend using a trackable service as Basker, operated by BMG Nexus Limited cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in the post.
Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund within 3-4 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, and depending on your bank, this may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account. Please note, we are unable to refund shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Faulty Items If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us immediately via our Contact page with your order number and details of the issue. We will assess the problem and provide further instructions.
